All of our rooms are Non Smoking and No Pets. There is a 7 day cancellation policy for the Guesthouse and Penthouse. You must cancel by noon 7 days prior to the date of your reservation in order to cancel without penalty. If the reservation is canceled within 7 days, we reserve the right to charge your credit card for one nights stay, unless we are able to rent the room to someone else.
